Spring Jazz Improvisation Workshop

A three week program that introduces students to many of the chord symbols and scales used in Jazz. Each week, students will learn famous jazz standards and be able to practice newly learned scales and sounds with a live rhythm section. All Jazz students in Fairfield County are invited to participate in this program (a certain amount of proficiency on one’s instrument is expected).

Time – 6:00pm to 8:00pm

Location – Weston High School

All students except pianists are expected to bring their instrument. Please bring a notebook, all other materials will be provided.
